Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation policies may vary per stylist, cancellation fees may apply.

Refund: We have a no-refund policy on services completed at our salon. However, we do offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the service completion.
